Refund Policy

Please understand all newly founded business entails risk along with consistent effort and action. If you're not willing to accept that, this might not be for you. Ecom Launch builds a product with a history of success for both new and experienced entrepreneurs, without Ecom Launch post delivery management (with the exception of ads management purchase).  

Ecom Launch makes no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future sales or results, or that you will earn any money, and that we have not authorized any such projection, promise, or representation by others.

Ecom Launch support is available if you have any questions regarding the future final product or any other questions prior to placement of order.

As soon as you place an order the process begins very quickly which involves several non-recoverable costs which are immediately incurred on the behalf of Ecom Launch.  Therefore, after 30 minutes of order placement, full refunds will be denied per our legal agreement.  

If you are eligible for a refund, we’ll send you a refund on the same payment method you used to make your payment. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business days in some cases for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Reasons Eligible for 100% refund

  • Refund request within 30 minutes of order creation
  • Product not delivered
  • Store has technical/grammatical errors or does not function which Ecom Launch cannot fix within 30 days of store delivery

Reasons Not-Eligible for refund

  • Purchased a discounted bundle and decide not use all products
  • Ads Management program has begun
  • Results of sales
  • Inactivity or effort from your part resulting in poor performance 
  • Not satisfied with the store design
  • Purchase of a downloadable digital product
  • Store restricted, banned, or non-accessible for reasons not directly related to Ecom Launch or future Non-Ecom Launch policy changes

 

In order for any refund consideration, the refund process form is required to be completed to begin an investigation.
